Visual Business Analyst (BA) Location: Remote (Candidates can be based anywhere) Duration: Full-time / Project-based (Starts next month) Compensation: Market Rate Job Description We are seeking a meticulous Visual Business Analyst (BA) to join an upcoming enterprise project for a major client in the Oil & Gas sector, delivered via our ‘Preferred Delivery Partnership’ with Infor. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and software capabilities by capturing needs and mapping future-state workflows. Key Responsibilities • Capture detailed user requirements and perform comprehensive gap analyses against native features. • Document highly detailed future-state operational workflows and precise system configurations. • Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while driving user adoption and change management strategies. Requirements • Prior experience acting as a Business Analyst on Infor Visual ERP implementation or upgrade projects. • Excellent technical writing, requirement documentation, and workflow-mapping skills. • Proven experience coordinating UAT scripts, testing cycles, and post-go-live adoption efforts.
