As the Assistant Corporate Controller, you will be the chief architect of the monthly close, corporate governance, and complex multi-entity consolidations. Partnering directly with a highly sophisticated VP of Finance, this high-visibility role places you at the center of integrating new acquisitions and scaling the financial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the month-end consolidation process for the parent company and its expanding footprint of subsidiaries, ensuring total-entity financial integrity.
• Partner with leadership to integrate financial processes for newly acquired entities, driving scalability during rapid expansion.
• Monitor key financial ratios, perform high-level variance analysis, and deliver actionable strategic recommendations to leadership and PE partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for annual financial audits while continuously strengthening internal controls to mitigate risk.
What You Bring to the Table
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years leading a function or a high-level consolidation/reporting process.
• A foundational public accounting background followed by corporate experience (deep knowledge of US GAAP, Consolidation and Financial Reporting).
• Extensive experience with robust ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills to handle multi-entity data.
