Job Title: Certified Dorothy (Home Health Epic Module) Build Analyst
Location: US Remote
Duration: 3 Months Contract (Approximately 10 Hours per Week)

We are seeking an experienced Certified Epic Dorothy Build Analyst to support Home Health optimization and enhancement initiatives within the Epic environment. This consultant will be responsible for implementing Home Health enhancement requests, system optimizations, workflow improvements, and configuration changes within the Dorothy module.
The ideal candidate will possess active Epic Dorothy certification, strong Home Health operational knowledge, and hands-on Epic build experience. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by recommending Epic best-practice solutions and identifying alternative approaches when requested enhancements are not technically feasible or operationally optimal.
This engagement requires a highly collaborative consultant who can work independently, analyze business requirements, configure Epic Dorothy solutions, and deliver system improvements that support Home Health clinical and operational workflows.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Nursing, Business, or related field preferred.

Required Experience
• 3+ years of Epic Dorothy build experience.
• Experience supporting Home Health workflows within Epic.
• Hands-on Epic build, configuration, testing, and implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Home Health operations and clinical workflows.
• Experience implementing optimization and enhancement requests.
• Experience working directly with operational stakeholders and end users.
• Ability to recommend alternative technical solutions when standard approaches are not feasible.
• Experience participating in Epic upgrade, optimization, and enhancement projects.
