Job Summary As an Associate, Remote Network (Chat), you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the development of digital channels adoption strategies, and providing expert guidance to our personnel. You’ll work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities * Deliver proactive and dynamic customer service, demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude toward customers (internal and external) * Refer customers to digital channel options according to their needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience * Support the definition and development of digital channels adoption strategies for existing and new clients, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices * Visit physical channels to provide feedback and communicate defined strategies related to digital channels adoption, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach * Apply gained insights and data to create pitch-perfect digital briefs and customer journeys, driving business growth and customer satisfaction * Stay current on arenaflex’s digital channels capabilities, providing expert guidance and insights to personnel * Participate in presentations as an expert in the digital channels arena, showcasing arenaflex’s innovative solutions and thought leadership * Participate in testing processes as part of the development of new digital tools, ensuring a user-centric and effective approach * Support the generation of continuous motivation, contests, and different initiatives to achieve results, driving a culture of excellence and innovation * Support the preparation of processes, communications, guided facts sheets, or any necessary documentation to serve as tools for branches, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration Essential Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in finance or a related field (preferable) * Two (2) years’ experience in a financial services company or related work of management (required) * Excellent knowledge in industry operating policies, procedures, and regulations (state and federal) * Excellent analytical skills to determine critical issues and areas in need of improvement, with the ability to find creative solutions while considering all aspects, departments, and individuals affected * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create processes and procedures, lead a project, and communicate results * Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (written and verbal) (required) * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), reporting systems, and other business applications (required) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in digital channels adoption, customer experience, or a related field * Knowledge of arenaflex’s products and services * Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in digital channels adoption * Experience in project management, process improvement, or a related field Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of work * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and collaborative approach * Strong knowledge of industry operating policies, procedures, and regulations (state and federal) * Familiarity with arenaflex’s products and services, with the ability to provide expert guidance and insights Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we’re committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
