Job Responsibilities As a Digital Marketing Specialist & Administrative Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in driving arenaflex’s digital marketing efforts and providing administrative support to our team. Your key responsibilities will include: * Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, leveraging social media, online advertising, and content marketing to drive engagement and conversions. * Social Media Management: Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and other relevant channels. * Online Advertising: Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness. * SEO Efforts: Be actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimization, and technical optimization to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. * Content Creation: Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through various channels. * Content Marketing: Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website to ensure a seamless user experience. * Collaboration: Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with arenaflex’s brand identity. * Performance Measurement: Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends. * Industry Insights: Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of digital marketing best practices. * Partnerships: Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns. Job Skills To succeed in this role, you’ll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. * Digital Marketing Expertise: Excellent understanding of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM. * Ad Serving Tools: Working knowledge of ad serving tools, including DART and Atlas. * Web Analytics Tools: Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends. * Creative Content Writing: Skills and experience in creative content writing, with the ability to develop engaging and persuasive content. * Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset and critical thinking, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. * Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Education: BSc/BA in marketing or a relevant field.
