About the Role
A fantastic opening for a Financial Advisor Ghana to join a reputable firm in Accra, Ghana. The successful candidate will advise a diverse portfolio of international clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning and strategic investment management. Accra is an increasingly important centre in the global financial landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver holistic financial planning advice to an international client portfolio
• Nurture long-term client partnerships built on trust, expertise, and service excellence
• Conduct in-depth financial reviews and detailed discovery meetings
• Create and implement custom financial plans across investment, retirement, and protection
• Advise on international investment strategies and cross-border wealth management solutions
• Manage UK pension transfers, QROPS, and expatriate tax planning for clients
• Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance and professional conduct
Qualifications & Requirements
• Qualified to UK financial advisory standards (DipPFS, CISI Level 4, CFP or equivalent)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in wealth management or financial planning roles
• Comprehensive knowledge of investment, pension, and protection products
• Strong client relationship skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Expatriate or cross-border advisory experience preferred but not essential
• Commitment to continuous professional development and regulatory adherence
