Job Title: Global Financial Analyst
Location: Southeast Wisconsin (100% Remote)

Compensation: $65,000- $80,000 USD
We are looking for a Global Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, supporting financial performance, reporting, and continuous improvement across our multi-client, global operating model. This is a fully remote role based in Southeast Wisconsin, with occasional in-person touchpoints with your manager.
What you’ll do
• Deliver controlling-focused financial analysis and performance reporting across central cost centers
• Produce standard and ad hoc controlling reports covering P&L performance, cost drivers, utilization, productivity, and margins
• Analyze variances, trends, and financial risks, including intercompany activity and eliminations where applicable
• Support budgeting and rolling forecasting processes aligned to client contracts, delivery models, and global finance processes
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting tools, driving accuracy and consistency across global standards
• Lead finance system administration, master data management, and act as a key partner in system implementations, upgrades, and process changes
• Identify and drive opportunities for standardization, automation, and simplification across global finance processes
• Partner proactively with Finance, Operations, and Talent Delivery leaders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Own and report on global KPIs and contribute to improving forecast accuracy through data-driven analysis
• Take on ad hoc projects and analytical deep dives as assigned by leadership
You’ll bring
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience in a Financial Analyst, FP&A, or commercial finance role (open to candidates from entry level through to five years of experience)
• Strong analytical capability across financial analysis, controlling reports, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• A genuine enthusiasm for technology, AI, and process innovation, and the drive to push things forward
• Comfort working with legacy systems while embracing new platforms and tools as they are introduced
• Self-driven, curious, and improvement-focused, with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• A proactive, collaborative approach to business partnering across a global, multi-stakeholder environment
• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to perform under pressure and to deadlines
