GoCharting is a web-native charting and trading workflow platform with institutional-grade orderflow and DOM tools – footprint/cluster charts, volume/market profile, cumulative delta, imbalance charts, DOM trading. We are the only platform that delivers these capabilities fully on the web. Differentiated as the leader in the professional orderflow niche. PE-acquired and funded in 2025, profitable, 2.1M+ registered traders globally, with a mandate to scale 10x over 4 years. US rebrand underway. US equities and US options data are being added, broadening scope beyond futures into multi-asset coverage.
The Role
This is a founding role – there is no brand function yet. The product is world-class and the technical moat is real; the brand is the next thing we make world-class. You will build the next-generation GoCharting brand from the ground up and own how a professional trading platform looks, sounds, and is perceived – everywhere it shows up.
This is a make-it-yourself role, not a manage-the-agency role. You own the master brand identity, the voice, the visual system, the copy, and every creative asset – and you run paid end-to-end, from concept to campaign to result, on a deliberately lean budget. You report directly to the COO and work across the whole company – product, growth, partnerships, community. You set the bar, and you hold the line: nothing generic, ugly, or half-finished ships under our name.
The mandate is ambitious and concrete: make GoCharting the sharpest, most credible, most magnetic brand in professional trading – and do it with craft, speed, and very little waste.
What you’ll do
• Brand & Identity – Build the master brand from zero – positioning, identity (logo, color, type, motion), and a living brand system that scales across every surface – Define the voice and tone of GoCharting and make it unmistakable – confident, precise, built for serious traders – Drive the US and global rebrand and the visual leap that comes with multi-asset expansion
• Creative & Copy – Own all creative – landing pages, campaigns, social, decks, email, video/motion, app store, ads – at a craft level you’d put in your own portfolio – Write the copy yourself: headlines, product narrative, launch announcements, paid creative. Words and design are one job here – Treat the marketing site as the flagship of the brand – its look and feel are yours (the funnel mechanics sit with Growth)
• Paid, End-to-End – Own paid acquisition end-to-end – strategy, buying, and creative across paid social and search – and make a small budget punch far above its weight – Live in the numbers: blended CAC, ROAS, payback. Creative that doesn’t perform isn’t finished
• PR, Social & Brand Guardianship – Own proactive PR and communications – narrative, announcements, executive and founder positioning – and shape how the market talks about us – Set the brand voice across organic social (X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit) and give our community team the standards and assets to stay perfectly on-brand – Be the guardian of the brand across the whole company – every surface, whether you make it or not, meets the bar. No slop, anywhere
• Events, Co-Marketing & Influencer – Bring the brand to life at trading events and in co-marketing with CME and broker partners – creative, presence, collateral – Drive creator and influencer creative and brand standards that protect the look and the voice (affiliate tracking sits with Growth; partner/educator relationships with BD)
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
• 8+ years in brand, creative, or marketing for B2C / digital products, with a portfolio that makes the bar obvious on sight — polished, distinctive, nothing generic
• You have built a brand from 01 — identity, voice, and system — and scaled it, not just maintained someone else’s
• Elite craft and taste — strong, defensible opinions on type, layout, color, motion, and words, with the work to back them up
• Hands-on operator — you do the work yourself. No agency layer, no coordinator layer. You design, you write, you ship
• Paid execution on a real budget — you’ve personally run paid social/search and can show ROAS, not just impressions
• Exceptional copy and voice — you write sharp, and you flex tone across audiences and channels
• Range — fluent across identity, web, social, paid, video/motion, and decks; you move from strategy to pixels without a handoff
• Energetic, fast, detail-obsessed, allergic to mediocrity — you ship a lot, and none of it is ugly
Nice-to-haves:
• Trading, investing, fintech, or financial-data background — you understand the audience (or can demonstrably ramp fast)
• Brand craft honed at a consumer / DTC / gaming / crypto brand known for design
• Motion, video, or 3D capability in-house
• AI-native creative workflow — you use generative tooling to multiply your output without lowering the bar
• Built a brand inside a lean, fast-scaling team — comfortable with little budget and high ambition

• EU/UK timezone, fully remote
• Full-Time (via EOR)
• No travel / light at start, reassessed as team scales — occasional Chennai (engineering), US (partners, conferences), EU (leadership)
