💼 Available Placement Pathways (Choose Your Stream)
We have several specialized roles tailored to your degree background and career goals. Please indicate your preferred stream(s) in your application:
1. Sales, Business Development & Strategy Stream
• Sales Enablement & Strategy Junior Coordinator: Work with CRM tools, conduct B2B market research, build prospect lists, and analyze competitor trends.
• Junior Sales Development Representative (Outbound): Master the art of B2B outreach. Drive lead generation via LinkedIn and email, shadow live sales consultations, and build client-facing relationship skills.
2. Marketing, Creative & Content Streams
• Content Creator & Social Media Junior Associate: Lead our storytelling! Create high-engagement content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and manage online community growth.
• Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator: Build a stunning professional portfolio. Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, and brand collaterals.
3. Events & Community Management Streams
• Community Outreach & Engagement Coordinator: Act as our Brand Ambassador to UK universities and student societies to scale our impact and coordinate workshop logistics.
• Events Coordinator: Gain practical training in event management software (Go HighLevel, Eventbrite) and support high-profile, in-person networking events in London.
• Mentorship & Communications Coordinator: Support incoming mentees, track user progress using Chronus, and generate data insights/reports for corporate stakeholders.
4. Talent Acquisition & HR Streams
• Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience Coordinator: Manage applicant pipelines, lead candidate communications, and gain hands-on experience conducting live interviews.
• Talent Acquisition Tech Associate: Perfect for tech-minded students. Optimize recruitment workflows, manage automation tools, and handle data quality assurance.

• Academic Requirement: You must be a current undergraduate student enrolled in a UK university degree that offers an official academic industry placement year.
• Mindset: A passionate champion for diversity, inclusion, and social mobility.
• Skills: A proactive “can-do” attitude, strong organizational skills, and the capability to thrive both independently (remote work) and collaboratively.
