Responsibilities
Represent the firm as part of the Financial Consultant team
Conduct detailed financial planning analysis for clients
Schedule and attend client meetings, identifying both short and long-term financial needs
Provide tailored advice across areas such as investments, retirement planning, education funding, life insurance, and estate planning
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Actively pursue new client opportunities and grow your book of business
Lead and manage a Business Development Manager / Paraplanner
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared business objectives
Requirements
Proven experience as an Independent Financial Advisor or Wealth Manager
Track record of successful financial guidance and client relationship development
Experience working with international clients and offshore financial products
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide tailored, data-driven advice
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities
Ability to meet UK regulatory standards
Candidates should ideally have an existing AUM/book of business.

Please note: Applicants should have at least three (3) years’ client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, with recognised investment qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII or equivalent). This is a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on relationship development and growth.
