We are seeking a Knowledge Architect to support enterprise knowledge management initiatives that power AI-driven chatbot experiences. This role will focus on content architecture, knowledge governance, analytical storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, accessible, and high-quality information is available across the organization.

As a key member of the Knowledge Management team, you will partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs), business stakeholders, and technical teams to develop, maintain, and optimize knowledge content that supports AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Author and maintain knowledge articles, procedures, FAQs, and documentation

✔ Establish and enforce knowledge governance standards, review cycles, version control, and change management processes

✔ Conduct content audits and ensure information accuracy, quality, and compliance

✔ Collaborate with COEs and subject matter experts to capture and organize critical business knowledge

✔ Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams for knowledge-related initiatives

✔ Analyze chatbot responses and identify knowledge gaps, platform issues, or AI hallucinations

✔ Support continuous improvement of AI-powered knowledge solutions and content performance

Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or Information Architecture
• Experience creating and managing knowledge bases, documentation, and content governance programs
• Strong Content Architecture and Analytical Storytelling skills
• Project Management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management
• Experience supporting AI-powered chatbots or conversational AI platforms
• Familiarity with NLP, AI/ML concepts, and content analytics
• Background in instructional design, technical documentation, or content operations
