As part of our continued growth, we’re building a dedicated Lead Generation focused on identifying new hiring opportunities across the technology sector. We’re looking for a driven, organised, and commercially minded Lead Generation Executive to work alongside our senior consultant and play a key role in supporting business growth.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, identifying opportunities, and building relationships. You’ll be responsible for uncovering organisations actively hiring within the technology market, researching key decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the wider business development strategy.
You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and gain valuable insight into the UK technology recruitment market while directly contributing to company growth.

• Research hiring managers, talent acquisition teams, and key decision-makers
• Generate qualified client opportunities for the recruitment team
• Monitor LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and market trends
• Build and maintain accurate lead pipelines within CRM systems
• Support outreach campaigns and business development activity
• Track competitor activity and market movement
• Work closely with consultants to prioritise high-value opportunities
• Produce daily and weekly performance reports
Skills & ExperienceEssential
• Previous experience in lead generation, recruitment resourcing, sales research, business development, or a similar role
• Strong LinkedIn and online research skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Interest in technology, recruitment, or B2B sales
Desirable
• Previous recruitment agency experience
• Knowledge of the UK technology market
• Experience using CRM systems
• Understanding of DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering terminology
