The Role
• Remote Strategic Account Director role focused on retention, renewals, and expansion
• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a broad platform suite
• Build relationships with senior marketing, digital, and ecommerce stakeholders
• Partner closely with Customer Success to maximise customer value
• Enterprise, multi-stakeholder sales environment with high-value accounts
What You’ll Need
• Proven experience managing and growing enterprise SaaS accounts
• Strong track record in renewals, retention, and expansion revenue
• Experience selling MarTech, CX, Personalisation, CDP, Ecommerce, or adjacent SaaS solutions
• Comfortable engaging C-level and senior stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Thrives in fast-growth, high-performance environments
