We are building a new AI-native consumer social product for the U.S. market. The product sits at the intersection of social media, AI, digital content, creator culture, and entertainment. It is currently in early-stage development and operates like a fast-moving startup team backed by established organizational resources. Our mission is to build a next-generation social experience powered by AI, designed for how people create, share, and interact online.
• About the Role
We are looking for our first U.S. market ops. This person will help us enter the U.S. market, drive early acquisition, build local partnerships, connect with creators and communities, and keep the team close to what is trending. This is not a classic marketing role.
It combines growth, campaigns, partnerships, social media, creator outreach, and local market ops. You will be our local frontier in the U.S. market, while working closely with internal product, ops, and business leads. Remote role.
U.S.-based or deeply connected to the U.S. digital market preferred.
• What You’ll Do
• Own U.S. cold-start growth: content seeding, acquisition campaigns, launch activations, and grassroots experiments
• Recruit and activate early users, creators, micro-influencers, campus groups, and niche communities
• Run social-native campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, Discord, or any relevant online communities
• Build partnerships with U.S. marketing agencies, creator networks, community operators, campus groups, and distribution partners
• Track U.S. social trends, meme culture, creator behavior, youth culture, and emerging communities; turn signals into timely growth and partnership ideas
• Share clear U.S. market feedback with internal teams to support product, content, positioning, and growth decisions
• What We’re Looking For
Must-have
:
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, social media, creator partnerships, partnership marketing, or consumer internet products
• Strong understanding of the U.S. digital market, especially social media, creators, online communities, and youth culture
• Experience with consumer digital products, social platforms, entertainment products, creator tools, marketing agencies, or internet-native brands
• Able to plan and execute acquisition campaigns, creator outreach, social growth experiments, or launch activations
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, Discord, meme culture, and creator behavior
• Able to spot early trends, explain why they matter, and turn them into growth actions
• Experience working with creators, agencies, online communities, campus groups, or digital ecosystem partners
• Hands-on operator: can build lists, send outreach, coordinate creators, test messaging, launch campaigns, and move fast
• Strong English communication; able to explain U.S. market context clearly to a global team
• Comfortable working remotely with a cross-border team in a 0-to-1 environment
Nice-to-have
:
• Existing U.S. network across creators, agencies, creator collectives, campus groups, or online communities
• Experience launching a product, campaign, creator program, ambassador program, or community from zero
• Experience with influencer seeding, grassroots acquisition, referral loops, social growth loops, or partnership-led growth
• Familiarity with AI products, social AI, creator tools, editing tools, entertainment apps, or digital communities
• Startup or early-stage product experience
• Experience working with Gen Z / young consumer audiences
