Creative Studio Designer (Digital)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Designer with deep experience in social and email to join a creative studio team supporting a major CPG brand’s IHA from July 6 to October 31, 2026. This role is remote, 30-40 hours per week.

In this role, the Digital Designer will be working on a variety of projects across the digital ecosystem, with a heavy focus on social, email and ecommerce. You will design and produce a wide array of creative assets, including static and animated digital banners, social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, and e-commerce content. You’ll also create short-form motion graphics and video assets for use in digital advertising and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce high-quality digital assets for campaigns, including social media posts, display banners, website and eCommerce imagery, and email templates.
• Own creative development from concept through final production using Figma, ensuring designs meet business objectives and brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, marketers, and product teams to develop creative concepts, iterate quickly, and deliver on deadlines.
• Create and maintain modular design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency and speed across channels.
• Prepare final deliverables with correct specs, export settings, and documentation for developers and channel teams; perform QA to ensure design integrity across devices.
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms and formats while optimizing for accessibility, load performance, and conversion (eCommerce-focused).

Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional design experience in an in-house creative team or agency setting; CPG preferred
• A diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in social, ecommerce, email and general digital design
• Your own laptop loaded with Adobe CS and Figma to work from
• Strong experience with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility compliance standards
• Refined contemporary aesthetic
• Proven experience working within existing brand guidelines
• Experience using Monday.com or other project management tools like SmartSheets, Asana, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, fast paced agency or in-house setting

This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle’s managed services division. C360 builds and manages creative and marketing project teams and dedicated studios on behalf of our clients. A C360 Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best!
