Creative Studio Designer (Print & Shopper Marketing)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Designer with deep experience in CPG, print and shopper marketing to join a creative studio team supporting a major CPG company’s IHA from July 6 to October 31, 2026. This role is remote, flexing from 30-40 hours per week.

In this role, the Designer will be working on a variety of projects across print and shopper marketing including such as brochures, in-store signage, and event collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality production standards. You’ll also be resizing, formatting, doing campaign versioning, resizing, etc.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce print and shopper marketing materials including in-store displays, shelf talkers, posters, brochures, direct mail, coupons and promotional collateral.
• Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines, visual identity and legal/labeling requirements.
• Prepare print-ready files and specifications; manage pre-press production, color management, dielines and final proofs for vendor handoff.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Packaging, Insights and External Agencies to develop and execute campaigns across retail channels.
• Maintain organized project files, asset libraries and production documentation; track job status and meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.
• Participate in creative reviews and present concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for strong shopper-focused design solutions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 5 + years of professional design experience in an in-house creative team or agency setting; CPG preferred
• A diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in print and shopper marketing design
• Your own laptop loaded with Adobe CS to work from
• Strong experience with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Refined contemporary aesthetic
• Proven experience working within existing brand guidelines
• Experience using Monday.com or other project management tools like SmartSheets, Asana, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, production-focused role

This position is with Creative360 (C360), Creative Circle’s managed services division. C360 builds and manages creative and marketing project teams and dedicated studios on behalf of our clients. A C360 Engagement Lead will oversee the scope, deliverables, reporting, and operations support, so you can focus on the things you do best!
