We are seeking a driven, relationshiporiented Business Development Consultant to help expand our client portfolio and represent the FenixHire brand with professionalism and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of prospective clients
• Conduct outreach, discovery calls, and capability presentations
• Understand client hiring needs and recommend tailored recruitment solutions
• Partner with internal recruiters to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline tracking
• Develop longterm client relationships that drive repeat business
• Represent FenixHire in virtual meetings, networking events, and industry spaces
Qualifications • Experience in business development, sales, or client partnerships
• Recruiting or staffing industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and consultative selling
• Highly organized, selfmotivated, and able to work independently
• Techsavvy with CRM and virtual communication tools
Compensation
CommissionOnly Role • Earnings range: $80,000-$160,000+ annually (performancebased)
