Duties
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to promote team-building events and military base experiences.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, customize event packages, and ensure seamless execution.
• Collect data on customer preferences and feedback to improve offerings and enhance marketing campaigns.
• Build strong relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction before, during, and after events.
• Lead public speaking engagements and branding initiatives to elevate awareness of our exclusive experiences.
Requirements
• Proven experience in DMC Destination Management, Corporate Event & Team Building Sales, event marketing, or customer service roles with a passion for experiential marketing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, especially when working with our team coordinating your sales.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and improve client engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
