Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in life reinsurance or life insurance. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements, evaluate and optimize business processes, and provide actionable insights to address strategic challenges. Responsibilities include conducting detailed analyses, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and driving change initiatives to achieve project goals effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to draw actionable insights from complex data
• Proven expertise in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in evaluating and streamlining Business Processes for operational efficiency
• Proficiency in defining, analyzing, and managing Business Requirements
• Experience in life reinsurance or life insurance is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
