They are seeking a Client Finance Analyst to support the Media Client Finance leads in managing day-to-day fiscal operations, including media billing and budget management. Responsibilities Maintain client project financials, including budget management and billing rule setup and maintenance Support media-specific financials — media plans/buys, vendor and media authorizations, and reconciliation of media spend against client budgets Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts Analyze staffing, utilization, and billability Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure clients are billed in a timely fashion and that billing complies with client contractual agreements, including media billing terms and reconciliations Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued, and Deferred analysis Collaborate with the rest of the Finance team Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products — Excel, Word, and Outlook Must possess sound judgment, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently Deliver quality work Adjust priorities to respond to pressing and changing demands; meet deadlines by managing time and priorities Maintain working knowledge of functional area policies and procedures and general knowledge of company policy and procedures Professional communication manner and the ability to triage messages when appropriate Exhibit a positive, pro-active ‘can do’ attitude with all team members and a willingness to pitch in whenever needed 1+ years’ experience in Client Finance / FP&A / Finance Experience with enterprise-level financial systems essential; NetSuite / OpenAir a plus Experience working in an agency (media preferably) is essential Exposure to media finance, media billing, or agency media operations strongly preferred; experience with Mediaocean a plus Benefits Free snacks to keep you running all day long Generous holiday and paid time off Options for private medical, dental, and vison plans Support in saving for the future Mental wellness coaching and support Access to more than 13,000 online classes with LinkedIn Learning Office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe Real HART policy for attendance in the office two days per week for employees within an hour of an office Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach supporting flexibility for our people Company Overview Real Chemistry is a health innovation company dedicated to making the world a healthier place for everyone It was founded in 2001, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
