Finance Operations Assistant

A company is looking for an Operations Assistant in the Finance Division.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, including document preparation, scheduling, and task coordination
• Conduct research on clients, investors, sponsors, and speakers to support sales and event strategy
• Maintain internal trackers and records, and assist with client-related tasks and communications

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Valid U.S. entry visa preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with minimal oversight
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
