Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored financial planning and wealth management advice

• Assess client needs and develop suitable financial strategies

• Recommend appropriate products from leading global financial institutions

• Conduct face-to-face client meetings to build trust and long-term relationships

Candidate Profile
Experience & Attributes

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets within financial services

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust

• Self-driven, motivated, and resilient in a performance-based environment

• Ability to handle complex financial situations and deliver clear solutions

• Strong relationship-building skills with a long-term client focus

Key Skills

• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNW), including remote engagement

• Ability to generate new business and develop client relationships

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure

• Capability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable advice

Ideal Candidate

• Must hold Australian residency or already be working in Australia

• Experience advising UK expatriate clients is highly desirable

• Demonstrated ability to build or grow a client base independently

• Comfortable working in a target-driven, sales-focused environment

• Experience delivering complex financial advice

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage business risk

• Proven recognition for business development or sales achievements

• Ability to translate financial data into compelling client solutions

• Driven, proactive, and consistently focused on progression

Additional Information
Relevant IFA qualifications are strongly preferred. However, candidates who can demonstrate the ability and commitment to obtain qualifications within a reasonable timeframe will also be considered.

Applicants should have a minimum of three (3) years’ client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory, along with recognised investment qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII, or equivalent).
