They are seeking a Client Success Manager who will take ownership of client relationships, proactively solve problems, and drive client retention. Responsibilities Manage and support high-value client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience Identify client risks early and proactively address challenges to protect outcomes Oversee onboarding (within 5-7 business days), launch calls, offer clarity, tech setup, and go-live process.
