As a Consultant, Global Equity – Remote Data Entry, you will become an integral part of arenaflex’s Global Equity team, supporting the administration of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans. Your work ensures that stock‑based compensation—such as Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock option grants—is accurately processed, reported, and communicated to participants worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based LTI plans and stock purchase plans.

• Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock option matching ratio awards with meticulous attention to detail.

• Review equity transaction activity—including exercise, release, and purchase events—to ensure timely and accurate recording, settlement, and reporting.

• Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations.

• Support the delivery of equity‑based LTI award distribution processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities across multiple regions.

• Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports that inform ongoing operations, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for process improvement.

• Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect regulatory changes and best practices.

• Assist with additional equity plan administration tasks as needed, collaborating closely with finance, HR, legal, and technology teams.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred.

• Familiarity with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans.

• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and efficiently.

• Understanding of HRIS platforms—particularly Workday—and the flow of data between systems.

• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with cross‑functional teams.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, or similar).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex equity concepts to non‑technical audiences.
