Design and optimize workflows, automations, and operational processes. Manage lifecycle stages and lead management processes. Build dashboards and reports that support business decisions. Improve alignment and handoff processes between Marketing and Sales. Analyze and improve key funnel, pipeline, and conversion metrics. Provide operational support for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events. Required Skills ๐Ÿ’ป 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or CRM Management. Strong hands-on HubSpot expertise (reporting, workflows, lifecycle stages, properties, and automation). Experience working with pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics. Advanced English proficiency. Strong analytical mindset and business orientation. Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making. Nice to Have Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, consulting, Data, or AI companies. RevOps experience. Event marketing experience.
