This role as Principal, Internal Audit and Advisory is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on planning and executing various audit and advisory activities. You will partner with business teams to identify risks and controls for new products, ensuring comprehensive audits and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Your expertise will help shape the audit strategy in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams to enhance risk mitigation and operational controls.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute multiple audit and advisory activities.

• Manage third-party co-source resources to ensure cohesive audits.
• Support the audit strategy and adapt plans as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years in audit, accounting, or consulting roles.
• 4+ years of managerial or project management experience.
• Previous internal audit experience is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, creative problem solver with strong communication skills.
