Role Description As a JavaScript Developer at Real Spot Estate Official, you will work part time in a remote capacity to design, develop, and maintain web applications that support our property listings and customer engagement platforms. You will implement front-end features using JavaScript and related frameworks, ensure responsive and accessible user interfaces, and collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and data services. Your day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, improving user experience, and contributing to new product ideas that enhance the way clients search, view, and interact with real estate opportunities. You will also participate in code reviews, follow best practices for version control, and coordinate with cross-functional team members such as marketing and sales.
Qualifications
• Strong JavaScript and Front-End Development skills, with experience building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Knowledge of Back-End Web Development and Software Development principles, including RESTful APIs, integration, and basic database concepts.
• Experience with Redux.js or similar state management libraries to handle complex front-end state and data flows.
• Familiarity with modern web development tools and workflows (e.g., Git, package managers, build tools, code linters).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
• Good communication skills and comfort collaborating with non-technical stakeholders such as marketing and sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in real estate, property technology, or customer-facing platforms is a plus.
