• Help individuals and families with practical money decisions — debt, life insurance protection, and retirement planning.
• Bring clients suitable options from a wide network of A-rated providers.
• Use the agency’s automation and training tools to work efficiently and stay focused on clients.
• Grow your own client base, with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.
What They’re Looking For
• Self-motivated people who manage their time well and follow through.
• Coachable learners — a finance background isn’t required.
• Candidates with active Life and Health Insurance licenses or those working toward them; applicants who aren’t yet licensed are welcome and supported through the process. Securities licensing is available as an optional next step.
