PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 – $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping how BECU grows, connects with communities, and delivers on its commitment to financial well-being. By developing strategies for new member acquisition efforts, you’ll turn insights into impactful action-designing and optimizing plans that attract and engage consumers and small businesses while driving sustainable, profitable growth.
In this role, your ability to blend data, creativity, and market awareness will directly influence how BECU shows up for future members. You’ll guide high-impact initiatives, inform enterprise decisions, and ensure acquisition efforts deliver meaningful value. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Shape Growth & Acquisition Strategy: You’ll design integrated customer acquisition strategies that align with growth, revenue, engagement, and profitability goals across products and channels.
• Drive Channel & Audience Strategy: You’ll define channel strategies and recommend target audiences, channel mix, and investment levels to maximize reach and effectiveness across digital and traditional platforms.
• Turn Insights into Actionable Plans: You’ll translate business goals into clear marketing plans, forecasts, and performance targets that guide execution and success.
• Forecasting & Performance Planning: You’ll lead forecasting efforts, membership planning, and projections-ensuring strategies are grounded in data and aligned with enterprise goals.
• Design Offer & Campaign Strategies: You’ll build and refine offer strategies and go-to-market approaches that resonate with member needs and drive measurable outcomes.
• Optimize Marketing Performance: You’ll analyze ROI, CAC, and channel performance to continuously improve effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments and balancing key tradeoffs.
• Evaluate Market & Competitive Landscape: You’ll conduct competitive analysis and assess market trends, customer demand, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
• Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Operations to ensure strategies are integrated, scalable, and aligned to business objectives.
• Manage Budgets & Financial Performance: You’ll oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation, accurate tracking, and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Influence with Insights: You’ll deliver clear, compelling reporting and executive-level presentations that guide leadership decisions and shape business direction.
• Lead & Mentor Others: You’ll foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration by mentoring team members and strengthening cross-functional partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Communications, or equivalent education-related experience
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in customer acquisition, strategy, marketing planning, analytics, or consulting roles
Desired Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to research and provide innovative business and competitive analytics, positioning, and strategies toward fulfilling marketing opportunities
• Acquisition marketing experience and demonstrated ability to develop and execute acquisition strategies that support growth, revenue, and profitability objectives
• Excellent written and presentation skills, including presentation development and delivery
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, influence, and negotiation
• Analytical skills with experience evaluating market opportunities, customer segments, and channel performance
• Background in consumer financial services (e.g., banking, lending, credit cards, insurance, fintech, or wealth)
• Excellent project management skills with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
