We are looking for a proactive and dependable professional to support our growing operations team. This remote position combines customer communication, digital content management, and administrative coordination to help ensure the smooth running of daily business activities.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all customer interactions.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Maintain and manage digital listings across multiple online platforms
• Ensure all published information remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with company standards
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide assistance through email, chat, and messaging channels
• Handle customer requests and contribute to the timely resolution of issues
• Review listing activity and identify opportunities to improve performance and visibility
• Organise and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
• Assist with administrative, coordination, and day-to-day support tasks
• Help deliver a positive customer experience and maintain excellent service standards
Skills & Experience
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Confidence using online systems, digital platforms, and business software
• Previous experience in customer support, administration, hospitality, marketing, or related fields is welcomed
• Experience working with online listings or digital content is an advantage but not a requirement
