About the Energetic Fellowship Experience
This unique fellowship opportunity is designed for ambitious and curious individuals who are passionate about clean energy, finance, and risk management. As a fellow, you will have the chance to work closely with our experienced team and advisors to contribute to the development of innovative financial products and solutions. Key Responsibilities and Areas of Focus
As an Energetic Fellow, your responsibilities will broadly fall into one of the following categories:
• Marketing: You will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services, leveraging your creativity and analytical skills to drive engagement and growth.
• Sales & Business Development: You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Structured Finance & Underwriting: You will assist in the design and development of innovative financial products, working closely with our finance team to structure and underwrite deals that support our mission.
• Data & Analytics: You will help us drive data-driven decision-making, analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and product performance to inform our strategy and optimize our operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who is passionate about clean energy, finance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have:
• A strong interest in the development of new products and solutions
• A desire to work with a small, dynamic team and contribute to our mission
• Strong domain knowledge in a relevant industry or role, such as finance, energy, or sales and marketing
• A passion for innovation in finance, energy, and/or insurance/risk management
• Interest in renewable energy and solar, in particular, and a commitment to sustainability
• The ability to estimate time requirements and pre-requisites for a given task, and to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve minor issues without direct input from a supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this fellowship, you should:
• Be a current or graduated MBA/Master’s student, or have other relevant academic background
• Have at least 2 years of working experience in a financial institution, energy industry, sales and marketing role, or other relevant field
• Be available to start in Fall 2024 and commit to the full duration of the fellowship
