Role Name: Senior Database Developer and admin
Work site: Texas, US (REMOTE)
Contract: 6 Months+
Pay Rate: $60/hr
Required Skills
• Strong Oracle Database Administration (DBA) experience.
• Advanced PL/SQL development expertise.
• Experience with production support and incident management.
• Strong SQL performance tuning and query optimization skills.
• Experience with materialized views, partitioning, and database performance monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle database migration and upgrade projects.
• Experience working with AWS services (RDS, EC2, DMS, S3, CloudWatch).
• Experience supporting Oracle databases on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Knowledge of backup/recovery strategies, RMAN, Data Pump, and disaster recovery.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
• Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
• Shell scripting (Linux/Unix).
• DevOps and CI/CD exposure.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise production environments.
