Role Overview
As a Remote Community Safety Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline defender of our platform’s integrity. You’ll monitor live chats, forums, and comment sections, swiftly address policy violations, and engage with users to foster a respectful atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
• Monitor Real‑Time Conversations: Review chat rooms, live streams, forum threads, and comment sections to ensure compliance with arenaflex’s community guidelines.
• Identify & Flag Inappropriate Content: Detect harassment, hate speech, spam, explicit material, and any other content that threatens user safety.
• Remove or Edit Violations: Promptly delete or edit offending posts, images, videos, and links while documenting each action for audit purposes.
• Engage with Users: Respond to user inquiries about moderation decisions, provide clear explanations, and guide them toward constructive participation.
• Maintain Detailed Records: Log moderation activities, track recurring patterns, and generate reports that inform policy updates and training initiatives.
