Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own and Deliver

As an Energetic Fellow, you will be assigned a primary focus area (Marketing, Sales & Business Development, Structured Finance & Underwriting, or Data & Analytics) based on your background and interests. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Strategic Product Development

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to conceptualize, prototype, and launch new financial instruments tailored for renewable‑energy projects.

• Conduct market research to identify gaps in financing models, risk‑mitigation tools, and insurance solutions.

• Develop business cases, financial models, and pricing strategies that align with stakeholder expectations.

• Assist in the preparation of pitch decks and investor presentations that communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively.

Marketing & Brand Amplification

• Design and execute digital‑marketing campaigns that raise awareness of Energetic’s offerings within the clean‑energy and investment communities.

• Produce compelling content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies) that showcases thought leadership and industry expertise.

• Manage social‑media channels, email newsletters, and community engagement initiatives to grow an active audience of prospects and partners.

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and iterate based on data‑driven insights.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and qualify potential corporate, institutional, and private‑equity clients interested in Energetic’s financing solutions.

• Develop outreach strategies, conduct discovery calls, and nurture relationships through the sales funnel.

• Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and coordinate with legal and compliance teams to close deals.

• Track pipeline metrics and report progress to senior leadership on a weekly basis.

Structured Finance & Underwriting

• Perform credit analysis, risk assessments, and due‑diligence on prospective renewable‑energy projects.

• Construct cash‑flow models, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning to evaluate deal viability.

• Assist in the development of underwriting guidelines, policy frameworks, and risk‑allocation structures.
