Key Responsibilities

• Create customized travel itineraries tailored to clients’ needs.
• Coordinate and manage travel reservations using industry booking tools and supplier platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and vendors.
• Provide destination information, travel guidance, and general travel requirements.
• Promote travel services through social media, networking, and marketing activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel bookings.
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates.

Qualifications
• Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
