What You’ll Bring

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in sales, consulting, business development, or complex account management within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services landscape and be comfortable navigating matrixed organizational structures.

Essential Qualifications:

• Extensive Industry Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, business development, or complex account management within the financial services industry. You should have a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.

• Major Account Management: Demonstrated experience managing major accounts in a matrixed environment, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and align resources effectively across multiple stakeholders and business units.

• Client Engagement Skills: Strong client engagement capabilities, including exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic opportunity identification, and equitable negotiation abilities that result in win-win outcomes.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 1-2 times per month, primarily on the East Coast, with flexibility to attend client meetings, industry events, and internal strategy sessions as needed.
