Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX or remote in AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NY, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WA.

We are seeking a talented Web Developer SEO Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining pages on the website while implementing SEO best practices to optimize site performance. Your technical expertise and knowledge of search engine algorithms will ensure our website is both visually appealing and rank highly in search engine results.

• Compensation Range: $66,600 – $69,560

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

All other states are not in consideration for this role at this time.
What You’ll Do:
Web Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly website pages using modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure seamless integration of visuals and functionality.
• Optimize website performance, including page load times, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement and manage CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or custom solutions) as needed.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure site stability and uptime.
• Develop and implement conversion rate optimization strategies, including split testing and landing page optimization.
SEO:
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata optimization, schema markup, and internal linking.
• Develop and execute strategies for technical SEO improvements, such as site structure, crawlability, and indexing.
• Monitor website analytics, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content teams to align SEO strategies with high-quality, engaging content creation.
