Brand Manager / Designer

The Imagists is looking for a Brand Manager to help support a small portfolio of clients during a parental leave transition.

This role combines client management, project management, and hands-on design work. You’ll attend client calls, manage ongoing requests, keep projects moving, and execute creative deliverables ranging from presentations and digital assets to brand collateral.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable being the day-to-day face of client relationships while also rolling up their sleeves and doing the work.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients

• Attend recurring client meetings

• Manage timelines and deliverables

• Execute brand, graphic design, and digital design projects

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors

• Prepare presentations and client-facing materials

• Escalate strategic decisions to Christophe when needed

• Ensure continuity of service during paternity leave

What We’re Looking For

• Agency experience preferred

• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Organized, proactive, and highly dependable

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously

• Able to work independently with minimal oversight
