Location: Philadelphia, PA
Pay:$150 per week base pay+$100 for each caregiver hired and working+$250–$500 for each new client referral that starts services
Job Description:
Adjua Home Care is seeking a motivated Community Marketing Representative to help grow our home care agency throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
• Pass out flyers and marketing materials Visit senior buildings, apartment complexes, churches, and community events Build relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, social workers, and community organizations Recruit caregivers Generate client referrals Promote Adjua Home Care services throughout the community Attend health fairs and outreach events Report weekly marketing activities
Requirements:
• Friendly and outgoing personality Reliable transportation preferred Strong communication skills Sales or marketing experience preferred Knowledge of Philadelphia communities is a plus
Compensation:
