Role: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Lead

Skills Required:
• Deep subject-matter expert on Financial Services Cloud
• Salesforce Certified Administrator AND Salesforce Certified FSC Accredited Professional (or equivalent deep FSC experience).
• Lead FSC-specific functional design household structures, relationship groups, financial accounts, life events, financial goals.
• Strong Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years specifically on Financial Services Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on experience with the FSC data model Accounts, Contacts, Persons, Households, Relationships, Financial Accounts, Goals.
• Experience configuring Action Plans, Record Action layouts, and FSC-specific Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of how FSC differs from standard Sales Cloud when to use FSC features vs. build custom.
• Effective presenter and workshop facilitator; able to lead functional design sessions with client stakeholders.
