Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst

12-month FTC | Fully remote | £60k

We’re working with one of the UK’s largest children’s charities on the next phase of their Oracle Fusion programme. They went live on ERP and HCM in 2024 and are now into the post-implementation phase, refining processes, tightening data flows, and extending the platform.

This is a hands-on BA role with real ownership of the workstream, not a bid-and-deliver cycle. You’d be the bridge between Finance, People Operations, Technology and the delivery partner.

What you’ll do:
• Run structured workshops with Finance, People Ops and Technology to capture current processes, pain points and scenarios, and turn them into clear, outcome-focused requirements
• Define and maintain testable acceptance criteria, measuring solutions against real business outcomes
• Analyse cross-module impacts across ERP, HCM, Payroll and Reporting, flagging dependencies and downstream implications early
• Document process and data flows, including Chart of Accounts structures, costing logic and approval processes, and surface inefficiencies and manual workarounds
• Coordinate scenario-based testing with SMEs to confirm solutions are operationally viable end to end
• Document the EPM Workforce module requirements from a business point of view, and identify EPM training gaps

What we’re looking for:
• Proven BA experience across Oracle Fusion ERP modules (must-have)
• An excellent communicator who can hold a room of non-technical stakeholders, in person and online
• Experience of an Oracle Chart of Accounts project (desirable)
• Oracle EPM exposure (desirable, not essential)

Fully remote, with occasional expensed travel to Watford. £60k, with flexibility for the right person.
