πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Design stand-up pouches, flexible packaging, cartons, labels, display cases and retail ready packaging.

β€’ Create impactful, original designs that stand out on shelf and online.

β€’ Develop branding, packaging concepts and visual assets across multiple product categories.

β€’ Prepare artwork, mock-ups and production-ready files.

β€’ Manage artwork from concept through to final production.

β€’ Review proofs, approve artwork and work closely with printers and manufacturers.

β€’ Create physical mock-up files and artwork to scale using metric and US measurement systems.

β€’ Ensure consistency, quality and accuracy across all projects.

β€’ Design product presentations, pitch decks, catalogues, flyers, brochures, magazine ads and sales materials.

β€’ Create website layouts, digital ads, social media assets and email marketing content.

β€’ Support retailer presentations, product launches and new business opportunities.

β€’ Work closely with the Head of Product Development ([REDACTED]) and Technical Director ([REDACTED]).

β€’ Coordinate with printers and suppliers in [REDACTED] and [REDACTED].

β€’ Be flexible with working hours when required to support print approvals and production deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5–7+ years’ experience in FMCG, CPG, packaging or consumer products.

β€’ Strong portfolio across packaging, branding, print, presentation and digital design.

β€’ Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

β€’ Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes and prepress requirements.

β€’ Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturers.

β€’ Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
