A Tatum Client is seeking an experienced, highly technical consultant at the Senior FP&A Analyst level for an immediate consulting engagement. This critical role is designed to take over manual reporting burdens, automate processes, and bridge a technical infrastructure gap.
The consultant must possess management-level autonomy and the advanced technical skills required to work independently without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities & Core Duties
• Take over and execute all manual reporting burdens from the team to alleviate data overload.
• Shift the department away from manual Excel and PowerPoint reporting by driving process automation.
• Collaborate directly with the internal IT team to establish a secure hosting server environment/infrastructure.
• Deploy Claude-generated HTML dashboards onto corporate infrastructure so they are safely accessible via mobile/web, eliminating the need to share them clumsily as file attachments.
• Assist with and optimize reporting utilizing Power BI.
First 30-Day Challenges & Project Scope Knowledge Transfer: Navigate potential cross-training with the current underperforming employee to preserve institutional knowledge before their transition.
IT Alignment: Immediately align with internal IT to map out and establish the hosting server environment for AI-generated dashboards.
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience
• Experience Level: Proven experience at the Senior Analyst or Management level capable of operating with zero supervision.
• Core Skills: Advanced root cause analysis, manipulating massive/unconnected data sources, and dashboard creation.
• Technical AI Integration: Must have technical familiarity with integrating AI-generated HTML dashboards (built via Claude) into secure company servers.
