We are looking for an exceptional candidate with the skill, cognitive horsepower, drive and stamina to help us build what only a small number of people could achieve.
You will already be operating at an exceptional level as a Senior Front End Developer / UX Engineer, ready to take over the ownership of the front end of our extraordinarily advanced enterprise applications where usability, workflow design, and system thinking matter as much as technical execution. You will work as part of a high-performing technology team alongside world-class engineers, and report to our highly-technical founder & CEO.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable operating at pace, navigating complexity, and delivering exceptional user experiences without compromising maintainability, quality, or scalability.
This is not a standard front-end development role.

The Ideal Candidate
You will be highly skilled in:
• Angular
• TypeScript
• RxJS
• Event-driven, reactive patterns
• Complex state management and composability
• Interacting with Event-Driven back-end architectures
• World-class user experience
But technical ability alone is not enough.
You must possess strong product instincts, excellent judgement, and a genuine appreciation for design and UX primitives.
You should care deeply about:
• information architecture
• workflow design
• interaction design
• visual hierarchy
• usability
• performance
• clarity
You understand that exceptional user experiences are rarely created by committees.
They are created by people with strong judgement, high standards, and the ability to deeply understand both users and systems.
Most Importantly
You must have built serious enterprise software that doesn’t look and feel like it came from the 90’s.
We are interested in engineers who have materially contributed to or owned large-scale web-based enterprise applications which take something highly complex and make it simple, clean and approachable.
Projects where it was necessary to invent entirely new interaction patterns and solve problems for which no obvious design precedent existed.
We care far more about the quality and sophistication of systems you have invented and built, than the number of years on your CV.
Location
Worldwide – Remote
With occasional and sometimes intense team meet ups in Dubai, Spain and the UK.
