Opening Summary

The Strategy & Operations Analyst will support the Growth organization by driving reporting, pipeline management, and partner tracking across Choreo’s CPA channel and broader growth initiatives. This individual will work closely with the VP of Growth Strategy to translate complex, often unstructured data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision-making and execution.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, growth and technology, with a strong emphasis on leveraging tools, data, and emerging AI capabilities to improve how Choreo captures, structures, and acts on growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is not only analytically strong, but also curious about technology, comfortable working with evolving systems, and motivated to incorporate AI into day-to-day workflows.

This is a high-impact role focused on establishing rigor and visibility within Choreo’s growth engine—ensuring pipeline accuracy, strengthening CRM discipline, and enabling leadership with executive-ready reporting. The role is primarily execution-oriented (≈70%), with increasing ownership over time (≈30%).

Primary Responsibilities

• Advisor Growth and Process Enablement
• Help reinforce a repeatable advisor growth model, including lead capture, pipeline progression, and opportunity management
• Provide reporting and insights that connect advisor activity to business outcomes (e.g., pipeline → conversion → new clients)
• Identify gaps in advisor usage, process adherence, and pipeline discipline, and proactively flag opportunities for improvement
• Pipeline Management
• Monitor pipeline health, including stage progression, data completeness, and aging opportunities
• Identify and escalate issues such as stalled deals, inconsistent usage, or gaps in data capture
• Support standardization of pipeline workflows, definitions, and reporting outputs
• Explore opportunities to automate data capture and workflow improvements using AI-enabled tools
• Partner Tracking
• Track CPA partner engagement, referral activity, and conversion performance
• Support development and maintenance of partner-level scorecards
• Ensure consistent data capture and reporting across partner relationships and advisor teams
• Help identify opportunities to improve partner activation, using both data analysis and system enhancements
• Process Optimization
• Actively leverage and experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, reporting, and data capture
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to support implementation of CRM enhancements, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality through automation
• Help translate business needs into clear requirements for technology solutions
• Stay current on new tools and recommend practical applications within the Growth team

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, strategy, or operations roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience creating executive-ready materials
• Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work with large, unstructured datasets and produce actionable insights
• Strong comfort with technology, systems, and learning new tools quickly
• Interest in AI and automation, with a willingness to apply new tools in a business context
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Preferred Skills (optional)

• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services
• Experience working with sales teams, advisors, or relationship-driven professionals to improve process adoption and reporting
• Ability to balance data rigor with practical, user-friendly solutions that drive adoption
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
