Position Description:
• Act as the functional and technical resource for Member Enrollment Application
• Support any business queries related to member enrollment
• Resolve tier 2 application tickets
• Provide input to development team to solve those incidents
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of Healthcare payer experience a must
• 3+ years of FACETS, FACETS extensions, and Member experience a must and surrounding application areas
• EDI 834 and 820 knowledge
• 3+ years SQL query and debugging, performance improvement experience is an absolute must
• 2+ years hands-on development in Web Technologies – Angular or React, .Net to create RestAPIs very highly preferred (must for now)
Bonus Skills:
• AI assisted coding experience a bonus
