Senior Finance Manager
A growing multi-site operation is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Director of Finance and lead core financial operations across manufacturing and retail. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, KPI reporting, and market-level financial insights. The company is going through an acquisition, and this role will be a roll up your sleeves type role.
What You’ll Do
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and FP&A support
• Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing performance reporting
• Partner with retail leadership to analyze store performance, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that drive data-backed decisions
• Support financial close, compliance, and process improvement across the finance function
• Serve as a business partner to market leadership
Skills
• 6+ years in FPA
• Roll up your sleeves, turnaround company experience
• Advanced Excel + financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus
