Senior Content & Creator Partnerships Lead – AI-Agent Investing, Trading & Financial Communities
Location: Candidates must be Bay Area-based; the role is mostly remote with light periodic in-person collaboration required in the Palo Alto, Mountain View, or Sunnyvale area. Team collaboration site/location is currently being finalized. Occasional travel may be required for creator meetings, conferences, webinars, industry events, strategic partnership discussions, and community-building initiatives.
KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Senior Content & Creator Partnerships Lead – AI-Agent Investing, Trading & Financial Communities.
We are looking for a Creator Partnerships & Content Lead to build and scale content, creator, community, and audience growth channels focused on sophisticated investors, professional trading audiences, and high-trust financial communities.
This role is focused on helping the market understand what the platform is, why it matters, how it works, and why professional investors, financially sophisticated users, and investment-focused communities should pay attention.
This is not a generic social media or broad consumer marketing role. This role is centered around trust-building, market education, creator credibility, audience quality, and building meaningful engagement within finance, investing, trading, wealth management, and professional investor ecosystems.
You will work across finance creators, investment educators, market commentators, newsletter writers, private investor communities, podcasts, webinars, and owned media channels to help turn complex AI-native investment workflows into credible external narratives, educational content, creator partnerships, and engaged user communities.
This role is not just social media posting. It is about building a content-driven growth loop: Content → Creator Partnerships → Private Community → Demo / Beta → User Feedback → Better Content.
Success in this role depends heavily on strong judgment around creator credibility, audience quality, investor trust, and the ability to identify high-value financial communities rather than simply maximizing follower counts or vanity engagement metrics.
What You Will Own
• Identify and develop relationships with high-quality finance creators, investment educators, market commentators, newsletter writers, podcast hosts, trading community leaders, and sophisticated investor communities
• Build creator partnership programs across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Substack, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, and high-trust investor communities
• Prioritize creator and community partnerships that provide credibility, trust, qualified investor engagement, and professional audience access over broad consumer reach
• Develop and manage owned media channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, blog content, newsletters, webinars, product education materials, and executive thought leadership initiatives
• Build and manage private communities for users, prospects, creators, beta users, and early adopters across Discord, WeChat, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, or similar channels
• Create a consistent content calendar focused on market education, investor trust-building, creator activation, demo attendance, beta onboarding, and qualified community engagement
• Work closely with leadership, product, and BD teams to turn product vision, demos, market insights, workflows, and investment use cases into credible market-facing narratives
• Support the creation of product explainers, educational threads, introduction videos, webinars, thought leadership content, investor education campaigns, and creator-facing partnership materials
• Design community engagement programs that help professional and sophisticated investors understand AI-native investment workflows and product value
• Convert creator audiences and community engagement into qualified demo attendees, beta users, trusted community members, and high-quality user conversations
• Turn community and creator feedback into actionable insights for product, BD, leadership, and growth teams
• Coordinate external writers, video editors, designers, agencies, contractors, and creator collaborators as needed while maintaining consistent quality and execution cadence
• Help shape how the platform is positioned externally across investing, fintech, trading, and professional investor ecosystems

What Success Looks Like
First 3 Months
• Identify and prioritize high-quality creator, investor education, and community channels
• Build an initial pipeline of credible finance creators, investment educators, newsletter writers, podcasters, and sophisticated investor communities
• Launch or improve owned media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, webinars, blog content, and educational channels
• Establish the first version of a repeatable content, creator, and private community operating cadence
• Begin testing content formats that clearly explain complex AI-native investment workflows to sophisticated financial audiences
• Demonstrate strong judgment around creator quality, financial audience fit, and trust alignment
6 Months
• Develop active creator partnerships, educational collaborations, and financially credible community relationships
• Establish a consistent content cadence across priority owned channels
• Launch and operate private communities that support investor education, demo conversion, beta onboarding, and qualified feedback collection
• Produce or coordinate educational content, webinars, thought leadership, creator campaigns, demo explainers, and investor-focused community programming
• Begin generating qualified demo requests, beta interest, professional user engagement, and creator-driven product conversations
• Help strengthen external market credibility through high-quality creator and community relationships
12 Months
• Build owned media channels into a meaningful source of market education, investor trust, and qualified inbound interest
• Establish a credible creator and community ecosystem around the platform
• Create a repeatable content → community → demo → feedback growth loop
• Help position the platform as a credible AI-native investment product among sophisticated investors and professional financial audiences
• Build engaged private communities that support investor education, product trust, user retention, and ongoing market feedback
