Senior Manager, Digital Experience Platforms

Location: US-based Remote

Travel Requirements: Up to 20% travel

We’re looking for a hands-on Technology Leader to lead a growing team of software professionals working on high-priority product and platform initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a people-first leader who can build trust, drive execution, and help shape a high-performing team.

What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and contractors
• Partner with technical stakeholders to align on priorities, architecture, and delivery
• Support execution across multiple application teams and initiatives
• Help remove blockers, guide decision-making, and keep work moving forward
• Foster a strong team culture built on accountability, curiosity, and initiative
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and team development efforts

What we’re looking for
• Prior people management experience in a software/technology environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate others
• Technical fluency to contribute to discussions around architecture, collaboration, and delivery
• Ability to assess tradeoffs, resolve conflicts, and make sound judgment calls
• Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and can be trusted to execute

Nice to have
• Experience with customer-facing technology products
• Background leading teams working on internal or proprietary applications
• Experience in a healthcare, insurance, or similarly regulated environment
