What you’ll be doing
No two days are exactly the same, but you’ll typically be:
• Designing, developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using C#.NET
• Building automated UI tests using Playwright or Cypress alongside xUnit
• Working closely with Engineering and Product teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to deliver fast, reliable feedback
• Reviewing automated test code and promoting best practices across the team
• Investigating defects, identifying root causes and supporting their resolution
• Continuously improving test frameworks, automation coverage and QA processes
• Using AI-assisted development tools to improve testing efficiency while maintaining high engineering standards

Ideally you’ll have:
• Strong experience developing automated test frameworks using C# .NET
• Experience with xUnit and modern UI automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress
• Good understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and automation design patterns
• Experience testing APIs using Postman, RestSharp or similar tools
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• An interest in AI-powered development tools and how they can improve engineering productivity
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working with development teams
